Nutrition and lifestyle medicine applies to everyone

60% of chronic disease is influenced by lifestyle, whether that be excess sugar, fat and salt, sedentary lifestyles or soaring stress levels.

It's estimated that 8.5 million adults are in need of mental health support post pandemic, with anxiety and depression the leading causes of absence and presenteeism.

A wellbeing strategy for staff is no longer an optional extra, and with staff being the lifeblood of your business, help them reconnect as colleagues and learn something along the way. Typically our workshops cover subjects such as healthy eating, energy, mood, sleep, stress, menopause and men's health.
