Leafy greens are best eaten raw because it retains those precious vitamins and minerals which are so important to our diet. 1 handful of spinach
1 stick of celery
Juice of 1 lemon
5g fresh ginger
300ml water (crushed ice optional)
Honey to taste
Place all ingredients in blender starting with water first and spinach last. Blend until smooth.
