Westoe Practice Receives Support From Nutritional Therapist - Vagus Wellbeing

westoe practice

When it comes to well-being, consulting with local experts and accredited medical centres can be the first step in securing a prolonged treatment for a variety of issues, this includes mental health services and physical check-ups.

As such, I am pleased to be announcing that I am now offering my services to the South Shields-based Westoe Practice as a Holistic Consultant!

Since I already offer my services at other practices, such as Lemongrass & Ginger and Trust Psychology, it seemed a natural step to expand my support across more of the North East and work with this highly proficient practice.

From the 23rd of June onwards, I will be offering my consultancy services at this premises – every Friday from 8:30am until 5:30pm.

More information about the Westoe Practice

Established in 1995 in South Shields, The Westoe Practice proudly positions itself as the heart of healing in the area and services clients with a range of issues.

The practice offers support from a variety of experienced, knowledgeable therapists working together under one roof to achieve the ultimate support for their patients.

With the input of these specialists, the practice boasts the largest range of natural healthcare treatments available in the region with the aim of bridging the gap between conventional Western medicine and holistic healthcare approaches.

By bridging the gap between conventional, Western medicine and holistic healing, therapists working at the practice seek to support clients through an integrative approach to achieving their patient's goals, while maintaining focus on their overall well-being.

How I am supporting the Westoe Practice

Each Friday, I will be working at the service as an additional consultant, bringing my expertise in mind and body health through food.

Through the power of nutrition, a variety of changes can be made to an individual's overall well-being. During my consultations, I will be focusing on a variety of physical and mental health issues, including gut health, hormonal imbalances, and ADHD/ADD which can be supported through the correct nutritional guidance.

I will be helping clients make informed decisions about their eating habits and focus on their lifestyle to ensure they’re getting the right amounts of food and movement.

I am delighted to be joining this wonderful team over at The Westoe Practice and look forward to offering my services to all their clients.

If you’d like to make an appointment with me at Westoe, contact the practice directly or by clicking here.
